[Spouses] Spring Clergy Spouses Luncheon

Dear One and All,
A great group of clergy spouses gathered yesterday for a wonderful time at Asbury UMC in Birmingham.  The luncheon was beautifully planned by our committee headed up by Sandy Reynolds and Mary Morgan. The food, the program, the door prizes and most of all the fellowship with each other made for a perfect time. I think all agreed it may now become an annual event so be on the look out for the date so you can mark your calendars way ahead.  It will probably be about the same time next year. Until then, we have another opportunity to visit with each other.  Conference this year will be at Clear Branch UMC and on Saturday we will have a special room where we can gather throughout the day and have coffee, cookies and conversation so please plan to come. We continue to realize the importance of having several times to  gather and of course the Fall Retreat is on the calendar for October 12 and 13 at Sumatanga. 
Blessings on your all.  A particular blessing on those of you  who are preparing to move-always a challenge and a change. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
